Welcome to Lytride Technologies, Inc. ("Lytride," "we," "our," or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Lytride.com, the Lytride Driver App, and any other products or services offered by Lytride.

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2️⃣ Description of Services

Lytride provides a real-time mobile advertising platform that connects advertisers, drivers, and audiences through GPS-based LED displays.

Our services include:

• Digital ad management via cloud dashboard
• GPS-based targeting and reporting
• LED sign installation and driver management tools

Lytride reserves the right to modify or discontinue services at any time without prior notice.

3️⃣ Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use Lytride's services. Drivers must hold a valid driver's license and own or operate an eligible vehicle.

4️⃣ User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and current information
• Maintain confidentiality of your credentials
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

Lytride reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations or fraudulent activity.

5️⃣ Driver Responsibilities

Drivers agree to:

• Properly install and maintain Lytride LED hardware
• Drive safely and follow all local laws
• Not tamper with, alter, or misuse Lytride equipment
• Return or disable hardware upon contract termination

Earnings depend on route activity, ad airtime, and region-based performance metrics.

6️⃣ Advertiser Responsibilities

Advertisers agree that all ad content must:

• Comply with laws and regulations
• Not contain illegal, defamatory, or adult material
• Be approved by Lytride before publication

Lytride reserves the right to reject or remove ads at its sole discretion.

7️⃣ Payment Terms

Advertisers are billed according to active campaign metrics and agreed pricing.

Drivers are paid monthly via direct deposit or PayPal based on earnings reports.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.

Lytride may withhold payments for investigation in cases of suspected fraud or data manipulation.

8️⃣ Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, software, and hardware designs are the exclusive property of Lytride Technologies, Inc. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Lytride system without written permission.

9️⃣ Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Interfere with Lytride systems or servers
• Attempt unauthorized access to our network
• Use Lytride for unlawful or misleading activities
• Display unapproved third-party advertising on Lytride hardware

Violations may result in suspension, legal action, or permanent termination.

🔟 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lytride and its affiliates are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Data loss, profit loss, or business interruption
• Damages arising from unauthorized use of the platform or hardware

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to discontinue using our services.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lytride, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, breach of these Terms, or violation of any law or third-party rights.

1️⃣2️⃣ Termination

Lytride may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of Terms, inactivity, or misuse. Upon termination, all rights granted under these Terms will immediately cease.

1️⃣3️⃣ Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ventura County, California.

1️⃣4️⃣ Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or user dashboard. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
